Terms and Conditions:

1. Must meet the minimum age of 18 years old. Emirates ID may be asked to be presented upon registration.
2. Must display health status on the Al Hosn UAE App upon entry.
3. Bring your own goggles, swim caps, towels and water bottles. Swim caps are mandatory.
4. Avoid sharing personal belongings.
5. 5Avoid physical contacts at all times.
6. Wear a mask except during pool use.
7. Advance booking is required.
8. Up to 90 minutes per training session is allowed.
9. Private coaching and personal training are prohibited.
10. Arrive at the complex and complete training on time. Late arrivals will not be granted extension.
11. Bookings will be held for 10 minutes and automatically cancelled in the event of no-shows.
12. Only credit or debit card payments are accepted.
13. Payments made are not refundable.
14. Membership packages purchased are not transferable.
